Ceremonial Launching of eGov AI in the eGovPH Super App The Manila Hotel, City of Manila September 21, 2026 Cabinet Secretary Benjamin ‘Benhur’ Abalos Jr. leads the ceremonial launch of eGov AI, a new intelligent feature of the eGovPH Superapp, at The Manila Hotel in the City of Manila on September 21, 2026. Developed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), eGov AI features ‘Kuya A,’ a built-in assistant that provides real-time guidance to help users access online public services more easily. Available for free to all verified eGovPH users, the feature provides tools for document extraction, image identification, translation, form understanding, speech generation, tourism-related information, and access to laws, policies and guidelines.
