How to Deal With Hwoarang's D+3,4 (Response to LegendaryMihawk)

I felt compelled to make this little mini guide after playing a long set with LegendaryMihawk recently. I understand that Hwoarang is a very difficult character to deal with and you have to know your options to deal with him but I'd prefer if people worked on dealing with him instead of spreading misinformation and inadvertently send hate other people's way. No hard feelings toward Mihawk, I just think it's important I use this as a teaching moment because I hear this kind of thing quite a lot.
