Erster Blick auf einen Constructa T5 Typ 71 Wäschetrockner von 1966. Der T5 Typ 71 wurde von 1957 bis 1966 gebaut und hat das gleiche Chassis wie die K5. Also ein Trockner mit Waschmaschinentrommel und entsprechend schwer. Der T5 läuft mit 3 Phasen 380 Volt und hat einen Anschlusswert von 6,2 kw. Die Temperatur kann von 50 bis 120 Grad und die Laufzeit bis zu 60 Minuten eingestellt werden. Ältere Versionen besitzen noch eine Temperaturanzeige. Das Gerät war für Gewerbe und Gemeinschaftswaschräume gedacht. Für Privathaushalte war er wegen dem Kaufpreis nicht erschwinglich. Katalogpreis 1961: 1780 D-Mark. Das gezeigte Gerät stammt von einem Gutshof, auf dem früher viele Gastarbeiter wohnten und dementsprechend viel Wäsche angefallen ist. Eine K5 gab es dort auch mal aber die wurde schon vor mindestens 20 Jahren entsorgt. Bis auf den Flugrost und die starke Verschmutzung ist das Gerät gut erhalten. Testlauf folgt nächstes Wochenende.
