The Inheritance: Panic in Las Vegas is an early 1987 graphic adventure and point-and-click style game released by Infogrames for the ZX Spectrum 48K, Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC, and MSX. You play as a shady character named Peter Stone. He receives a telegram about his rich aunt dying in Las Vegas and an airplane ticket to claim his inheritance. Players move an on-screen cursor using arrow keys and press the spacebar to interact with items. Inventory is managed via an on-screen handbag. The game is split into three loads/parts, with passwords given at the end of each section. Part 1 ("In the building"): Start at 11:10 with a time limit to reach the 11:20 flight while avoiding troublesome tenants. Part 2: Head to the airport, secure your passport, and handle a hijacker before heading to Las Vegas. As you can see the game misses part 1 which is down to the emulator game file, as I have not played this before I never knew there was a part before this. I will do a redux of this as I think the game deserves a proper play 😉
