Tough Mudder South West, Saturday 20th August 2022 - 15km - All Obstacles.

Tough Mudder takes on the Badminton Estate for15km, 10km and 5km courses. Video is from 15km 9:30 wave, Saturday 20th August 2022 The rumour is, this is the last event at Badminton and actually, probably the "best" route - but if you have been following my reviews, that's not saying a lot 🤣 Badminton is a very flat but fast course, but as there's no real trail or woodland running (just a lot of long fields) you can pretty much see the route in front of you and where there's plenty of switch backs to make up the distance. There's no real natural mud either, just the two places where mud has been created artificially - kiss of mud and mud mile. For me, I don't mind, but if you're really into mud runs, then Badminton isn't the one. Makes for a pretty clean Hydrophobia and Block Ness though! Cry Baby was particularly spicy this weekend - kudos to Chris and Mike.
