Haegue Yang’s Exhibition at Hayward Gallery | Full Walkthrough

This video follows my visit to “Leap Year”, the exhibition dedicated to Haegue Yang at the Hayward Gallery in London. Presented from October 2024 to January 2025, the exhibition was the first major survey of the Korean artist’s work in the UK, bringing together works from the early 2000s to today. Across installations, sculptures, video, sound, and large-scale environments, the exhibition explored Yang’s use of everyday materials and industrial objects, often transformed into sensory and spatial experiences. The walkthrough moves through different bodies of work, including her well-known Venetian blind installations, light sculptures, sonic environments, and woven structures, unfolding across the brutalist architecture of the Hayward Gallery.
