Are your Ford Fusion brake lights stuck on even when you're not pressing the brake pedal? In this video, I'll show you how to replace the brake light switch on a 2013 Ford Fusion—a quick, inexpensive repair that solved my problem.
Replacing the brake light switch fixed my brake lights staying on continuously and restored my cruise control. The repair is simple, requires little to no tools, and can be completed in just a few minutes.
Update: Several viewers have also reported that replacing this switch resolved the "Hill Start Assist Unavailable" warning on their vehicles.
