FAMILY WEEKEND!!! | Ellie put WHAT on her face?!??

Episode #7 is a little different! We’re spending three full days together as a family, showing more of what life looks like outside the gym as we get closer to the Hurricane Bay Championships. Every morning starts bright and early at 5:30 AM with Ellie joining me for fasted cardio! From cooking breakfast for the family to church on Sunday, the pumpkin patch on Monday, and tumbling and shooting our bows on Tuesday, there’s plenty going on! We also squeeze in some bodybuilding prep and my first workout footage at Carbon Performance as we get ready to head to Florida for show weekend. This channel has always been about more than bodybuilding. It’s about being a dad, family, faith, the outdoors, hard work, and everything that comes with balancing it all. Next episode, we’re heading to FLORIDA for the Hurricane Bay Championships! 🏆🌴 Thanks for watching! Don’t forget to LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE to follow the journey! Faith. Family. Outdoors. Bodybuilding.
