Mbalula, the IEC and the Missing Candidates. Is Anything Ever the ANC's Fault?

The ANC missed the deadline to register some of its candidates with the IEC, and it may not appear on the ballot in places it has governed for 30 years. Fikile Mbalula said it never happened. The IEC says its system never failed. The party has gone to the Electoral Court, and the argument its lawyers are making is not the argument its spokespeople are making on television. In this video I go through the ANC's own court papers, the minute by minute timeline of the last half hour before the deadline, what the party's national spokesperson said on air that the affidavit appears to contradict, and the 2 court judgments that have already tested this exact excuse and rejected it. There is also the part almost nobody has connected. Mbalula was the ANC's head of elections in 2021, when the party missed the very same deadline, and what the ANC said then is almost word for word what it is saying now. And then, in the middle of all of it, he told a gathering in Mpumalanga who really protects the ANC.
