You will need the following ingredients: 2 eggs 250 g flower 200 ml milk 80 g sugar 2 tablespoons of baking powder 1 tablespoon baking soda 30 g melted butter a pinch of salt Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt for about 2 minutes. Then add the sugar slowly while mixing until the eggs are foamy. Add the milk. Mix the flower with the baking powder and the baking soda, and add it in the mixer bowl. The final step is to add the melted and cooled butter into the mixture and let the mixer do its job. Tadaaa! Here's your mixture of fluffy pancakes. Take your pan, preheat it on medium heat, grease the pan with a small cube of butter, and the erase the excess with a paper towel. Bake your pancakes and enjoy these wonderful fluffy treats!
