Ampun Tuanku Duli Baginda : The Royal Song of Kedah

The song “Ampun Tuanku Duli Baginda” served as the theme song for the golden jubilee celebrations of the 28th Sultan of Kedah, the late His Majesty Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah, son of the late Sultan Badlishah, in 2008. This song tells of His Majesty’s reign, which consistently protected and cared for the people, leading the Kedah Sultanate toward progress and prosperity, as well as the people’s pledge to be obedient, loyal, and devoted under the sultan’s rule. This song was also composed by Pak Ngah and performed by Malaysia’s National Diva, Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza.
