The owner had just been hit by a taxi, and the Yamaha MT8X we were recording on wasn’t much healthier. Half-functional, breaking down more with each pass, it forced us to adapt, improvise, and keep pushing until the takes landed. This session isn’t about perfect gear or flawless conditions. It’s about resilience, raw energy, and keeping the spirit of analog alive—even when the machine is fighting against you.
