Board & IBCC Document Attestation Verification Complete Procedure

The process consists of two main steps. `Board Verification of Documents` Board verification can be completed either online or by personally visiting the relevant Board office. `1)Online Verification Procedure` Visit your respective Board’s official website. Select the option for Verification of Result Card/Certificate. Enter your required personal and academic details. Select the documents you want to have verified. Generate and pay the challan through Easypaisa or a bank, according to the available options. Note: Make sure you enter your correct phone number and email address, as the verified documents link will be sent to the provided contact details, usually in PDF format. After receiving the verified documents, take photocopies of them, as you will need to submit them at the IBCC office. `2) Verification by Personally Visiting the Board Office` `Required Documents` 1-2 photocopy of the original Matric Certificate 1-2 photocopy of the original F.Sc. Certificate/Result Card 1-2 photocopy of CNIC 5-7 passport-size photographs Rs. 5- 6k verification fee (for two documents, according to the procedure described below) `Procedure` Attach two photos to the Result Card/Certificate in the designated empty space at the bottom. Attach the remaining photo to the verification form provided by the Board Attach photocopy of your CNIC to Board verification form. Generate challan & Fill out the challan. Collect the Paid challan and attach it to the back of the Board verification form as instructed. Submit all the required documents to the Board office. Depending on the Board's procedure, you may receive the verified documents on the same day or the following day, or you may be provided with a `verification proof paper` Your Board verification is now complete. `IBCC Attestation of Documents` Once your Board verification is complete, then apply for IBCC attestation. You can apply through the official IBCC portal: https://attest.ibcc.edu.pk/page/login... Alternatively, you may visit a photoshop and ask them to submit the IBCC attestation application on your behalf. `Application Procedure` Create an account on the IBCC portal. Log in and enter your personal and academic information carefully. Select the documents you want to get attested. Select your preferred IBCC Centre from the available options. Select the appropriate service option Courier Walk-in/Personal Visit `Express Service` recently introduced urgent option, under which documents may be attested within a shorter timeframe, subject to availability and IBCC's applicable terms. If you select the courier service, the process may take considerably longer. For students who need their documents urgently, the personal-visit option may be more suitable, subject to available appointments. If someone else, such as a parent or relative, will visit the centre on your behalf, make sure you select the relevant option and provide their details where required. Only the authorized person mentioned in the application may be permitted to enter the centre. `After completing the application` Select an available appointment date Choose your preferred time slot. Two time slots may be available. If possible, select the first slot (8:30 AM–12:30 PM)so that your documents can potentially be processed earlier in the day. Complete the form and generate the challan. Pay the challan online through the available payment options, such as Easypaisa or bank payment. Submit the application and keep a copy of the application and paid challan. Visit the selected IBCC Centre on your appointment date with all the required documents. `Required Documents` Copy of the IBCC online application/form Original Matric Certificate Original Intermediate/F.Sc. Result Card Original CNIC of the student and father (or copies, according to the applicable requirement) Board Verified Documents OR a copy of the Board Verification Proof.
