Douglas Ross apologises to John Swinney for nickname jibe in Holyrood

At the vote of confidence in the Scottish Government in Holyrood, Tory leader Douglas Ross was pressed by the Presiding Officer to apologize to John Sweeney for a nickname jibe. The vote is unlikely to proceed as the Scottish Greens have stated they will back the SNP Government, now that Humza Yousaf has resigned.
