The NATUREFIN partners met in Heinola, Finland, from 9–11 June 2026 for a project workshop and study visit focused on biodiversity, regional development and sustainable finance.
This video brings together interviews with representatives from NATUREFIN partner regions, who share insights on their local contexts, policy instruments, biodiversity challenges, good practices, and expectations for the project’s future impact.
The Heinola study visit offered partners the opportunity to exchange experiences, learn from Finnish examples, and reflect on how nature-positive approaches can be better integrated into local and regional development policies.
