There are so many villains in the Batman Arkham series. Between Batman Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins and Arkham Knight, these villains get varying amounts of screen time and importance to storylines. Black Mask, Hush, Two-Face, Joker, Riddler, there are too many to name in just this description. Were all of these villains used to their full potential? Not really.
