In conversation with Florence and Jo: neuroinclusive supervision

Siobhan meets with Florence Smith and Jo Williams to discuss neuroinclusive supervision. Florence and Jo came together for the first time this year as co-writers for two book chapters on neuro-inclusive supervision. They developed a model designed by Florence, to help identify and meet the needs of neurodivergent supervisees and have also written with other authors, about being neurodivergent and becoming a supervisor. Both bring a shared passion for supervision relationships and different personal perspectives in terms of neuro-identity, which has underpinned rich dialogue about developing neuro-inclusive supervision.
