What does it mean to actually live like you've been made new? In this episode of The Narrow Trail, the guys continue through Colossians 3:9–13, digging into what it means to put off the old self and put on the new. Christianity isn't about making yourself a better person so God will accept you. Christ has made us new, and our obedience flows from our identity in Him. The guys talk honestly about the ongoing battle with the flesh, recognizing the ways Christ has already transformed our lives, choosing Christ in everyday temptation, and the lifelong process of being renewed into the image of our Creator. Then the conversation turns toward forgiveness. If Jesus has forgiven us of a debt we could never repay, what does that mean when someone genuinely hurts us? The guys discuss why Christians are commanded to forgive, the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation, and why forgiving someone does not necessarily mean restoring their trust, access, or place in your life. 📖 Main Passage: Colossians 3:9–13 This week's challenge: Forgive someone. If you're holding onto something, it's time to let it go. Give the Carpenter His nails. He forgave you. Forgive someone. Keep walking with us on The Narrow Trail.
