Helicopter Lawsuit Press Conference

Hudson County Executive Craig Guy hosted a press conference today focused on yesterday's filing of a lawsuit by the Town of Kearny's Corporation Council against continued flouting of the Town's zoning laws by a helicopter tour company based there. The suit and other actions to address the nuisance flights have been supported and advanced by the County of Hudson in partnership with local, state and federal legislators.
