Set against the vibrant landscape of rural Maharashtra, MAGAZINE follows a bored, privileged Gen Z cinephile who feels his life has no plot. He leaves the city for his ancestral village in search of some “main-character energy” — only to discover an unexpected friendship, a new world and a story of his own. The film has been selected at several film festivals in India and abroad, including AIFF 2026, NIFFA, International Film Festival of Delhi, Stuttgart, and the Indo-German Film Week in Berlin. It has also been recognised by the FIPRESCI India Chapter as one of the critically acclaimed films of 2026 to be showcased across multiple Indian cities.
