My Hike Went Wrong in Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 | Furmanov Peak 3053m I came to Kazakhstan with a plan to hike a 4-peak mountain route near Medeu, Almaty. The goal was to continue higher into the mountains and complete multiple peaks. But after reaching Furmanov Peak (3053m) and continuing toward the next peak, we met some local hikers who warned us not to go further. It was already around 4:30 PM, the route would take several more hours, and the weather in the mountains could change quickly. After hearing their advice, we decided it was safer to turn back and descend before it got too late.
