Fallout 4 - Survival Millionaire Run - Part 6: Finally Spending My Perk Points!

I'm on a quest to get over 1,000,000 caps on survival difficulty in Fallout 4! I started streaming this run in July of 2022, and ended up having to take a break. As of the writing of this description, it is unfinished, but hopefully I can get back to streaming it again and completing it! This is the second half of my third stream doing this run.
