As a young mom, wife & homemaker in a day in age that is SO on & connected, it's become increasingly so important to prioritize your mental health and well-being...especially as busy moms, homeschoolers, and those balancing family life and careers. Whether you’re a stay at home mom, a mother of boys like me, a nurse, a homesteader, or a trade man's wife, I hope this this video is a reminder to you to nurture yourself while you are nurturing others.
