Repairing the G08 Arcade Vector Monitor | Partial Collapse / Deflection

Oh joy. I just discovered that the Electrohome G08 vector monitor that's in the Space Fury has partial collapse with only deflection on the bottom half of the screen. Luckily the solution was simple!
