Making Modak & Pav Bhaji with My Japanese Friend 🇮🇳🇯🇵 | Ganesh Chaturthi Special ❤️ Hoshiya-san is my friend from work, and she absolutely loves India and Indian food! 🇮🇳❤️ She had been asking me for a while to cook something new together, so with Ganesh Chaturthi approaching, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to make some traditional Indian food together. In this vlog, we invited Hoshiya-san over and made homemade Modak and Pav Bhaji together. 🥰 Modak and Pav Bhaji are two foods that are not very easy to find in Indian restaurants here in Japan, so making them at home was even more special. From preparing the ingredients and learning how to make Modak to cooking and enjoying the food together, this turned into a really fun cultural exchange between India and Japan. 🇮🇳🤝🇯🇵 It was wonderful to see Hoshiya-san learn about one of the most special foods associated with Ganesh Chaturthi, while we also shared the joy of cooking and eating together.
