Testing Joico Lumishine Demi Permanent Liquid Toners!| with @blendxsations

Hi PAPIS welcome back to another level on level toning swatches!! Thanks so much for all the feed back about how it would be a better idea if it was level on level toning and here you go! I used Joico Lumishine for alittle more than a year and my favorite Shades are the NC's and NG's. I noticed that Joico has a lot of warmer tones and not as many cooler tones.
