A Texas judge put her entire criminal docket on a live channel — every plea, every revocation, every Monday morning. In June 2026 the State Commission on Judicial Conduct issued her a public warning. This is the full record: the July 2023 plea hearing where the court made its own offer ("20 years, not 15"), and the October 2024 revocation hearing where the judge told the court reporter to go off the record — while the stream kept rolling — and told a 20-year-old defendant what would happen to him in prison. We show the hearings as they happened, the commission's findings word for word, and the judge's sworn response.
