Ratchet going Mad_chibi-vers

So, it is the joke chibi-version of the previous thing how Ratchet has gone mad. It is necessary to tell: it was a slice which hasn't got into the general narration in its chibi-view. Well, it was unimportant. And then I've solved if I vanished it -- it's not good, and I has finished it =)))
