GreenPro Seminar - Local and Global Impact

GREEN-PRO – Green Professional Development for Youth Workers is an Erasmus+ KA151 seminar that brought together 40 youth workers from 16 organisations across 13 European countries in Horezu, Romania, between 14 and 21 March 2026, coordinated by Pro Dezvoltare DACIA Association (APDD). In this episode, Yuanis and Angelina explore the connection between local action and global environmental responsibility in youth work. They reflect on how the work we do in our own communities — no matter how small it seems — contributes to a larger European and global movement for sustainability. From grassroots initiatives to international exchange, they discuss what it really means to think globally and act locally as a youth worker committed to green education. This podcast was produced as part of the GREEN-PRO Erasmus+ project. The content reflects solely the views and personal experiences of the participants. Co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme. Contract: 2025-1-RO01-KA151-YOU-000302169.
