Time to get a Smart Ring??

This is a personal review of a Smart Ring that I purchased, in September 2026, to check out the capabilities of this type of device without spending big bucks! I have given what I think is a fair and unbiased opinion abut the specific RO9 Smart Ring that I purchased off AliExpress (link lower down).
