Black Pouring Medium VS Black Cell Activator Experiment... Which is better?

Pouring Medium and Cell Activator are the two things that create the magic with blooms. My first Shelee bloom is made with a thick double cell activator and the final bloom was constructed with black pouring medium over all of the colors. My cell activator is a litte on the thick side because I left it out overnight but the recipe is the same.
