Rotterdam Harbour Run 2021

#Harbourrun #plogging #obstaclecourse omg..a race! . It's been a while since the last one! . Today I did the @harbourrunnl with work colleagues. Great fun! . Some of you who know me know that I have been heard to say . "I will never do an obstacle course!".. so why did I do an obstacle course then? . Because I didn't read the fine print.. I thought I was running just a 10k.. damnit🤦‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣 . But it doesn't matter what the race is . I always do #racedayplogging .. this is where I pick up a piece of trash to the start line and take it around with me for the whole race. . The race was great fun!.. I might just sign up next year! haha . Hopefully then I will be able to get over an obstacle.. clearly the 100kmplog was more of a toll on my triceps than I realized. when I tried to get over a wall, I jumped and then feel backwards 🤣🤣🤣🤣
