Spain, Portugal or England: Who’s Been the Best in the Nations League?

Spain’s consistency, Portugal’s perfect record or England’s attacking firepower—which has impressed you most? I compare my three standout teams in the 2026/27 UEFA Nations League, looking at their results, goals and key performers. Spain: Lamine Yamal’s scoring form and a statement victory at Wembley. Portugal: Four straight wins, with João Félix and Gonçalo Ramos making their mark. England: Harry Kane, Anthony Gordon and Jude Bellingham starring in an attack that put seven past Croatia. My ranking is Spain, Portugal, then England. Let me know your order in the comments! Results covered through October 4, 2026.
