Prosecutors allege Grist was part of a broader conspiracy with her children, Kevin Ellis and Kathryn Restelli, to lure Matthew to the residence and orchestrate his killing. She is charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, obstruction of justice, and domestic violence in the presence of a child. Her co-defendants have already been convicted or pleaded guilty.
