If you ever have a long layover in Singapore, don’t just stay at the airport—step out and explore! In this video, I’ll show you how I made the most of my 12-hour layover in Singapore before flying back to the Philippines from Bali. I chose a Scoot flight with a long layover because it was ₱3,000 cheaper than a direct flight and had a 10kg cabin baggage allowance—which is more than most budget airlines! Since I wasn’t in a rush, I took the opportunity to visit Singapore again after two years. ✈️ What I Did During My Layover ✅ Baggage storage at Changi Airport – I stored my backpack at Jewel Changi Airport to explore hassle-free ✅ Tried chili crab at Newton Food Centre – A must-try Singaporean dish at the famous hawker center from Crazy Rich Asians ✅ Attended Mass at Church of St. Joseph – Perfect for those with a Sunday layover ✅ Explored Marina Bay Sands – Visited the Apple Store, had cake at Starbucks, and watched the Spectra Light & Water Show ✅ Checked out Wonderfall in Terminal 2 – A beautiful indoor waterfall display ✅ Watched the Rain Vortex light show at Jewel – The world’s tallest indoor waterfall with a stunning nightly Light and Music Showcase ✈️ Important Tips for a Singapore Layover ✅ How to fill out the SG Arrival Card for transit – If you exit the airport, even just for Jewel, you must submit an SG Arrival Card.
