I build world-class businesses and advisory boards across industries, and co-founded and sold three companies for more than $350M. I focus on creating competitive advantage quickly and earning trust with customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to the USPS. Through The Advisory Bench, I draw on my experience building 13 Advisory Boards to help startup CEOs grow with clarity and confidence. I’ve raised more than $80M in early- and growth-stage venture capital from both financial and strategic investors, building strong partnerships with firms including Anthem, Bain Capital, The Carlyle Group, GeoCapital Partners, HLM Venture Partners, Liberty Mutual, Maveron, and Spark Capital. I’ve served as lead director for six portfolio companies, guiding their sale processes and contributing to more than $1B in cumulative exits. I’ve worked as an Operating Partner at Alpine Investors, a values-driven private equity firm, and serve on the board of Linkwell Health, where I help shape strategy and drive engagement for customers including Aetna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. I co-founded and served as President of Imagitas, where we commercialized and digitized the USPS change-of-address process. The company grew to $120M in revenue before Pitney Bowes acquired it for $265M. I co-founded On Target Media, and Alta Communications later acquired the company for $30M. I prioritize giving back. I served for 10 years on the board of Jumpstart for Young Children, leading the Read for the Record campaign that set a world reading record. I’m Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Silicon Couloir in Jackson, Wyoming, aligning entrepreneurship with community vision. I’ve also served as Chairman of Everyartist.me, as a founding member of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Foundation, and on the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center Leadership Council. My career began at Procter & Gamble in the Healthcare Division and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College. I’m a proud father of five children, each finding their own path in the world.
