Phantom skin update (again) (Silksong)

This video is less of an update for sprites and more of a small showcase of the other two people who have been contributing to this skin. In case you missed my community posts. A VA was chosen for Phantom and it's NebyNeby! They have been wonderful to work with and I cannot think of a better voice for Phantom. WayFer has been on this project since November. I decided to wait a while being showing off what they were cooking because I figured it would be a fun surprise.
