The Simpsons: Hit & Run Randomiser - S1 / E7

Everything is randomised! (mostly). I will be trying to complete the main game whilst this mod tries to chuck random stuff in my way. By "Main Game", I am referring to the main missions, the bonus missions and all the races. all the other collectibles aren't changed so I didn't bother. Sorry about the frame issues!
