Dr. Ramon Lizardo is back on the podcast, and this conversation went a lot deeper than business. We talked about what’s changed in Ramon’s life since our first conversation, the three areas he’s choosing to focus on now, mental health, women’s health, and voting rights, and why youth mental health has become especially important to him. We also got into some of the things that come with success that people don’t always see. Ramon opened up about the loneliness of being a founder and CEO, taking only two days off in four years while building Tele911, and eventually realizing that building a successful company means very little if you lose yourself or the people around you in the process. We talked about mentorship, relationships, personal brand, how we originally connected through LinkedIn, why Ramon still does cold outreach today, and how one relationship can completely change your network and perspective. Toward the end, I asked Ramon what he would do if he were 26 again.
