Does the Original Silent Hill Quadrilogy Hold Up?

A rather lofty goal of trying to sum up my thoughts on 4 whole games that all deserve their own detailed analysis in under 50 minutes. Would've loved to cover the first 2 movies as well as they are within the same era as these games and how they are emblematic of some of the common perceptions of the series but i wanted to keep it as concise as possible.
