It's Black Mirror meets Inception. This is my showcase piece as a multi-hyphenate director, where I doubled as the DP, Editor, and VFX Artist. The film was entirely self-financed. No grants, no studio backing, no incubators. Just grit, vision, and trust in my crew. With the help of my amazing casting director, Lisa, I was able to work with an incredible group of actors who had the talent, gravitas, and body of work that audiences and festivals could rally behind. My creative keys Amanda, Angela, and Laura skillfully crafted a cohesive aesthetic that really captured the feeling of a simulation. None of this would have been possible without my producer Angelo, production manager Alisha, and 1st AD Sara.
