The Ride to Lugo Didn't Go to Plan

The adventure through northern Spain continues as we ride from Oviedo to Lugo, taking in some of the best motorcycle roads the region has to offer. Our route takes us high into the stunning Picos de Europa, where we're rewarded with incredible mountain views before setting off in search of the perfect wild swimming spot. Unfortunately, that plan doesn't quite work out... and neither does one of the bikes! A roadside mechanical issue brings the journey to an unexpected halt, leading to plenty of friendly banter between the BMW riders and our mate on the Suzuki. Thankfully, a temporary fix gets us back on the road. After more fantastic riding through Asturias and Galicia, we arrive in Lugo and check into our most luxurious apartment of the trip before heading into the city to enjoy some great food, drinks, and soak up the evening atmosphere.
