Honest Experience - Yoga Teacher Training Program - Himalayan Yoga Ashram Vlog 4

Spent 2 weeks in India to learn more about yoga at the Himalayan Yog Ashram in Reshikesh. There are a lot of YTT programs to choose from. I choose this ashram based of my own research. Pros: The cohort is small about 10-15 people, the teachers are knowledgeable, and the facility is well maintained.
