Chicken Hoop Coop DIY:

In this episode of Heelz & Boots, we’re building a DIY chicken hoop tractor from the ground up. This design gives our chickens a secure, movable space while still allowing them access to fresh ground, grass, bugs, and sunshine. We’ll walk through the build, the materials we used, how we framed the hoop-style structure, added the door and wire protection, and some of the decisions we made along the way. The goal was to build something strong, practical, and affordable that we can move around the property as our flock grows. Like most projects around the homestead, we’re figuring things out, making adjustments, and building it ourselves.
