Dual Link IPsec +BGP with SD-WAN SLA primary path selection

Here we look at a scenario where a customer has two links. One is an ISP DIA the other is LTE. They do NOT want to use the LTE unless the primary path fails. Here we look at how we can achieve that in the simplest way possible.
