The BIGGEST Problem With TenZ Joining T1 | The Vodfathers

T1 have put TenZ, crashies and stax on one roster, and Sideshow, TMV and ShyoWager open the show by asking what the agent roles would even look like and whether winning is the point at all. The crew works through the new Pacific build piece by piece, who plays duelist, who plays sentinel, and why iZu may end up squeezed into the worst role on a team that needs him most. From there they set the bar: is a Masters appearance the minimum, or is this a project measured in viewership, followers and skin sales? The roster season tour continues with XLG adding d4v41 and the reported move of ZmjjKK out of EDG, the Chinese import question, and whether a stacked Chinese side can finally translate domestic dominance into a top four finish at an international. Then it is G2 with Sato, kiNgg, trent, leaf and a Korean fifth, where the argument is whether a brand new system can lift a trophy in year one, and Sentinels, where brawk and oxy arrive but the fifth player is still unknown. The back half is the high key low key no key segment, grading each move from the player's point of view: Jinggg leaving Paper Rex, kiNgg and Sato walking away from Leviatán, brawk leaving NRG because he believes Sentinels give him a better shot at a trophy, Meteor dropping to Japanese tier two to play with his brother, jawgemo to Vitality, valyn to Fnatic, nAts re-signing with Team Liquid, and Derke to Aurora. It closes on a long argument about Project Blender, the format where an agent can only be used once per series, with TMV arguing it would force variety and Sideshow arguing it would hide every interesting decision behind closed doors. Topics covered: ⦁ What are the agent roles on a T1 team with TenZ, crashies and stax? ⦁ Is making the first Masters the real minimum for T1? ⦁ Can XLG with d4v41 finally make a deep international run? ⦁ Does G2's new roster need a full year before it can win anything? ⦁ Sentinels still have no fifth, so how good are they? ⦁ Was leaving Paper Rex the right call for Jinggg? ⦁ Did brawk improve his trophy odds by leaving NRG? ⦁ nAts back at Team Liquid, and the gimmick problem that never goes away ⦁ Should VCT force teams to use each agent only once per series? ⦁ How many more agents does Valorant need before pick and ban works?
