Scientists Compared Afro Brazilian DNA With West African DNA — The Results Shocked Everyone

Brazil has the largest population of African descent outside Africa, and the genetic history of Afro-Brazilians preserves one of the most important stories of the Atlantic world. But which African regions contributed most to the ancestry of people living in Brazil today?
