A perfect solution to getting the tacho working on your MK1 & MK2 Golf conversions! This will convert any ME7.x or EDCx RPM output to work with the traditional coil based systems on MK1 & MK2 Golf clusters. Connect the adapter to the OEM RPM output on the ECU and connect it into your cluster! These are the go-to solution for all the 1.8t 20v, R32 ect. MK1 & MK2 conversions for a working tacho! Note: the cluster should be paired with the ECU - so a VR6 cluster should have a VR6 ECU to maintain the correct pulses. If a 6-cyl ECU is used with a 4-cyl cluster, it will read incorrectly.
