After a busy week, I’m spending part of my weekend at a local market and village festival in Ha Giang, northern Vietnam. As a single mother, my days are often filled with work, cooking, and caring for my daughter. This morning, I’m taking a little time to myself, enjoy the festival nearby the city, and bring home some food for my family. It’s a simple outing, but it made my weekend a little happier.
