Chair of NATO Military Committee addresses Russia from Kyiv: "You are failing"

The NATO Military Committee has come back to Kyiv for an official visit—the first such visit in eight years. 32 NATO Military Representatives, from each NATO Allied Nation have come to Ukraine. Chair of the NATO Military Committee Giuseppe Cavo Dragone stated that the bond between NATO and Ukraine is stronger and stronger, and the Alliance's support for Ukraine continues to grow. NATO representatives arrived in Kyiv to hear from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapatyi, and his staff the latest assessment of the situation on the ground, and what more we can do to support Ukraine. Giuseppe Cavo Dragone also addressed Russia directly, emphasizing that Moscow's attempts to undermine support for Ukraine and the Allies' undermine resolve through acts of sabotage, cyber-attacks, and airspace violations would not succeed: "You will fail." He stated that NATO would continue to strengthen all elements of its deterrence and defence, and that Allied unity is stronger than ever.
